When a users's account is locked, the user can not log in, and must contact an administrator to unlock their account.
To lock an accout, the administrator must have adequate permission to update user accounts.
To manually lock a user account
The user Staff - Main page displays.
The Account page displays.
The Lock User Account dialog box displays. For more information see "Lock User Account Dialog Box".
The Account Status line is updated to display Locked.
The user can no longer access their account. To unlock a users' account, see "Unlock a Users Account".
